Job description
- We are currently looking for Manager/Senior for our US tax compliance practice. We have a very diverse tax practice with clients ranging from corporations, partnerships, VC Funds, and REITs.
- Candidates will be responsible for the review of tax workpapers and review of federal and state tax returns.
- Professionals also review tax provisions for SEC audit clients as well as researching complex tax issues.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Accounting - Required
- Experience in preparation/review of US tax reports
- Experience in ASC 740 and review/preparation of income tax provision
- CPA or EA licence
